We have an immediate full-time opening for a Technical Project Manager in Clarksville, TN who is ambitious with project manager experience to work directly with our management team, technicians, and clients to strategically develop projects to fit their environment and business needs. In this role, you will manage the organizations key clients’ projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered ON-TIME, within scope, and within budget as well as coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of these projects. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package following a probationary period.

The key accountabilities for this position are:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and/or costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
  • PMP / PRINCE II is a plus

DogHouse IT Solutions is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Clarksville, TN. Our clients generally range in size between 10 and 75 computer users and are located in Southern Kentucky and Middle Tennessee with a concentration in our primary markets mentioned above. Essentially, we are their complete IT department.

Because we’re growing, we are looking for an ambitious, Part-time Inside Sales Pro to join our marketing team. In this role you’ll be working directly with our marketing and sales team to follow up on the leads coming into our office, to schedule appointments and follow up with cold prospects for setting first time appointments following marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for entering accurate information daily into the company's CRM following calls.

Quotas and metrics will be given daily / weekly and reviewed. Experience in meeting or exceeding goals is a must.YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant OUTBOUND phone sales experience along with a track record in achieving metrics and quotas. The inside sales position will be contractual and offers a base salary plus bonuses based on the number of qualified appointments scheduled and completed.
