We have an immediate full-time opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Clarksville, TN to close Complete IT Outsourcing deals in the SMB space. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and maintain strong relationships with prospects at all stages of the sales funnel. Don’t worry, this isn’t a technical sale! You will just need to be able to discuss business challenges with a CFO or Decision Maker.  This is a full-time position with base salary plus commission and competitive benefits package.

The accountabilities for this position are:

  • Meet sales activity quota and sales targets
  • Prospect through various methods to obtain leads
  • Maintain opportunities and activities weekly in the CRM

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of sales experience, preferable selling a service to c-suite executives, Additionally, candidates with a strong network in the manufacturing, construction, or medical industry are desirable.

Location: Clarksville, TN

Minimum Experience: Entry-Level

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Technical Support Engineer in Clarksville, TN to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.  This is a full-time hourly position with some required overtime opportunities and a competitive benefits package following a probationary period.

The key accountabilities for this position are:

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time constraints
  • Talk clients through a series of actions – via phone, email and/or chat until they have solved a basic technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., network admin, management, etc.)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage server issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT Systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Work on client projects as assigned by Project Manager
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in a relevant field, like computer science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus. If you are a natural helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain in technical details simply, we would love to meet you.

The requirements for this position are:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology devices
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem0solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Is a quick, self-motivated learner who wants to work for a company that will invest in your education
  • Loves a fast-paced, NO-DRAMA environment where office politics, backstabbing, gossip and negativity are NOT tolerated.

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Technical Project Manager in Clarksville, TN who is ambitious with project manager experience to work directly with our management team, technicians, and clients to strategically develop projects to fit their environment and business needs. In this role, you will manage the organizations key clients’ projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered ON-TIME, within scope, and within budget as well as coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of these projects. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package following a probationary period.

The key accountabilities for this position are:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and/or costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Tools
  • PMP / PRINCE II is a plus
